RANGA REDDY
Ranga, the CEO and Co-founder of Maveric Systems had over 15 years of experience when Maveric started as a techno-business consulting firm in the year 2000.
He was quick to spot the emergence of independent software testing as a fast-growing niche area, for offering a differentiated service, in an already crowded IT services space in India.
After venturing into testing with a single client relationship five years back, Maveric has grown over the last five years to become a leading pure-play independent software testing company that works with leading Indian and multinational IT users and service providers.
Ranga's key focus area over the next few years would be making Maveric the first truly multi-locational testing company that has seamless delivery capability across its overseas and domestic delivery centres. Having established a strong domestic presence, Maveric is today well prepared to go international with business presence established in UK, Middle East & USA.
Ranga started his professional life in Management Consulting. He worked with organisations like World Bank, American Express, Reckitt and Coleman, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Polaris Software, AT Kearney, NDDB, AP Govt. and Govt. of India for close to 15 years in the areas of business strategy, people management, change management and transformational leadership.
An Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy in Chennai, he has done his business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

V. N. MAHESH
Mahesh is an Executive Director and co-founder of Maveric Systems. Apart from being the architect of Maveric's proprietary testing methodologies, Mahesh heads operations of Maveric across the various delivery centers. He takes accountability for all offshore delivery in Maveric.
With Maveric rapidly becoming multi-locational in its delivery, Mahesh’s primary challenge is ensuring that clients perceive the same level of responsiveness and capability in Maveric teams across various locations. Mahesh and his team also ensure that we are constantly innovating and improving our testing methods and processes to make our clients successful.
Mahesh has close to 20 years of experience in the IT industry in the area of solutions design, delivery and quality. He has wide ranging experience in delivering complex testing solutions to clients in Europe and US through innovative models of offshore and onsite service delivery. Mahesh has been the architect of Maveric’s onsite-offshore test governance model. He has provided consulting services to a number of banks and financial institutions in Europe and Middle East, on test process improvement.
Maveric happens to be the second entrepreneurial venture of Mahesh. He earlier founded Adarsh Technologies, an IT solutions company which catered to clients in the Middle East and US. Adarsh was involved in design and development of solutions for the retail segment in the U.S. as well as solutions for co-operative banks in India. Prior to Adarsh, Mahesh was part of Infosys Technologies and AF Ferguson, a leading Indian audit and consulting firm. At AF Ferguson, Mahesh was consulting in the areas of IT strategy, architecture, design and implementation of IT solutions.
Mahesh holds a postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and a BE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

P. VENKATESH
P. Venkatesh (PV) is a Director and Co-founder of Maveric Systems. Venkatesh is the architect of Maveric’s proprietary test design tool Testac. His primary area of research and passion has been to develop a more scientific approach to testing in organizations. Being a testing firm with a strong focus on banking vertical, Venkatesh plays the strategic role of managing Maverics’s relationships with leading financial institutions - both Indian and trans-national.
PV is a subject matter specialist in retail banking and regulatory compliance by virtue of his extensive work with banks across geographies.
PV also provides leadership to finance and competency development functions at Maveric. His role in competency development ensures that clients perceive Maveric as a domain-led business partner in testing rather than a broad based resource provider in testing.
PV has been a consultant and an entrepreneur for over 20 years across diverse sectors viz. banking, financial services, retail, Government and urban services. He has worked closely with an impressive portfolio of international bodies that include State Bank of India, Emirates Bank, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, ABN Amro, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Commonwealth Development Corporation, A.F. Ferguson, United Nations and the Government of India. Drawing from this rich experience, Venkatesh’s forte lies in the areas of IT planning and strategy, design of testing and early stage risk mitigation in technology engagements.
PV was a key contributor to the framework and action plan for the development of financial institutions, to serve the small and medium businesses in India, for the World Bank.
Venkatesh has extensive experience supporting clients in India, US, UK and the Middle East. Venkatesh is a Chartered Accountant and Finance professional.

N. N. SUBRAMANIAN
N N Subramanian (Subbu) is a Director and Co-founder of Maveric Systems. He is primarily engaged in client acquisition and partnership development. Subbu has been a key driver of Maveric's marketing efforts in the US and UK.
Subbu's passion for exceeding customer expectations also involves him closely with client relationship management in key accounts. He believes that Maveric's business model will always be based on a few key enduring anchor client relationships rather than a very large base.
Subbu started the UK operations of Maveric and was closely involved with it in the first year of its operation. Expanding Maveric's client acquisition bandwidth in the Middle East and US is the key challenge for Subbu over the next 18 months. Within India, Subbu is closely involved with the Bangalore operations of Maveric.
Subbu has close to 15 years of experience in business development and management consulting. Prior to Maveric, he was a management consultant with Eicher Consultancy Services and Proact Management Consulting. "Service Quality" has been his primary consulting domain.
He has worked with organisations like Tata Telecom, Amway, American Express, World Bank, Mother Dairy among others. Subbu's staunch belief is that pure-play service organizations must be structured and managed on a completely different set of fundamentals as compared to the old economy companies.
Subbu holds a postgraduate Diploma in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India and is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.

P.T.SRINIVASAN
Srinivasan P T (PTS) is a Principal Consultant at Maveric Systems. He heads Maveric's centre of excellence in Test Automation. PTS is the architect of Maveric's end-to-end test automation service offering spanning automation strategy, tool selection, framework definition, automation pack creation, execution and defect management.
PTS brings with him over 22 years of experience in techno-business consulting and IT project management. Prior to Maveric, PTS was a Director at Jeta Systems, a company focusing on IT consulting and solutions for small and medium sector clients in India, US and Singapore. In his career spanning more that two decades, PTS has also worked with A.F. Ferguson, India Pistons, United Breweries Group and HCL.
Starting his career as a systems analyst, PTS has a successful track record in design, development and implementation, including transition from manual / legacy systems of a wide range of applications spanning manufacturing, trading and service sectors. He has handled multiple project delivery, managerial and business unit responsibilities involving offshore delivery as well as onsite project management of engagements in the Middle East, US and Europe.
PTS holds a graduate degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from College of Engineering, Guindy, University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B) - specializing in Systems and Finance.

V. S. KANNAN
Kannan is a Principal Consultant at Maveric Systems. He has been a part of Maveric's core management team ever since its inception. Kannan heads Maveric's centre of excellence in performance testing and performance management. He also provides technical leadership to the delivery teams in Maveric.
Kannan's passion in business intelligence and data warehousing has led him to building a strong performance management practice in Maveric which covers testing as well as performance tuning, improvement and security testing.
Kannan brings to Maveric over 16 years of experience in the field of IT architecture, infrastructure management, business intelligence and information security management. He has been a seasoned consultant in the telecom, banking and financial services and insurance sectors, both in India and globally, where he gathered substantial architecture and system integration experience.
Kannan had also been consulting as Data Warehouse VLDB Architect for over six years across Telecom, Banking, Insurance and Financial sectors. He has successfully rolled out big data warehouses that capture best business practices, thereby helping in decision making and generating forecasting models.
Kannan is a Science graduate and a post graduate in Arts from Madras University. He is a Certified Information Security Manager from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

SRIRAM KUMAR
Sriram Kumar is the Principal Consultant-Insurance Practice at Maveric Systems, where he heads the Insurance Practice.
Sriram Kumar brings with him over 20 years of insurance experience in Non Life having dealt with all facets of General Insurance including Underwriting, Policy issuance and administration, Operations, Marketing, Claims, Faculty Development Training & Re-insurance.
Sriram Kumar started his career with National Insurance Co. Ltd as a Direct Recruit Officer, where he had served in various places and Departments. He later moved to HDFC Chubb General Insurance Co. Ltd as Senior Manager-Corporate Lines in charge of Tamil Nadu and Kerala operations.
Sriram Kumar is a Gold Medalist in Economics from Loyola College-Chennai.
In addition to having completed his Chartered Accountancy Training, he is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India ( I I I ).He has the unique privilege of having bagged the Gold Medal in all papers of the Licentiate and Associate exams of the Insurance Institute of India. He is also actively involved in teaching having been a faculty in I I I Chennai and at National Insurance Academy-Pune.

ROSARIO PIUS REGIS
Rosario Pius Regis (Regis) is a Test Manager at Maveric. He plays a pivotal role in test delivery management across Maveric.
Regis takes lead in proposal development, effort estimation, delivery team creation, project health monitoring and regular technical review of projects with clients on functional testing engagements. In addition, technical leads in various delivery centres of Maveric report into Regis on all project related matters.
Regis possesses wide experience of over ten and half years in the IT industry including six and half year's specialisation in the field of software testing. He is well versed with manual testing methodologies as well as automated testing tools. Regis gained significant experience in integration, system testing, business flow and acceptance testing during his tenure at IBM Global Services, Sydney and BT Financial Group, Sydney.
He also worked on testing assignments for Time Warner Group, USA and Commercial Bank of Kuwait. Regis has worked for 3 years on pre-sales support for various ERP Solutions like BaaN, System/21 and MAMIS and HumanTouch HR package.
A Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from Thiagarajar Engineering College, Regis has done his Masters in Business Administration (Systems and Marketing) from Regional Engineering College in Trichy.

A. P. NARAYANAN
A P Narayanan (APN) is an Account Manager at Maveric. In this role, APN manages Maveric's anchor client relationships at Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune. APN takes personal accountability for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and also ensures timely fulfilment of client requirements from proposal stage to project closure.
APN brings to Maveric sixteen years of professional experience in facilities management, technical writing, account management and software development in India and overseas. His previous assignments include Santech Business Solutions where he was a techno-commercial manager responsible for project management, pre-sales and technical writing. Prior to Santech, he worked at NetFinex.com India Limited where he was Sr. Manager, Software Deployment.
APN's illustrious career dates back to 1989, when he joined Asia Tobacco Company as a Systems Analyst. Ever since, he has worked with reputed companies like Quality Inn Aruna, SS Combines, Sterling Catering Services in Doha and Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd, adeptly managing their information systems requirements. He was also the Corporate General Manager at Pizza Corner India (P) Ltd, Chennai where he was managing M.I.S at a National Level.
APN is a post graduate Diploma holder in Systems Management from NIIT. He is a Science graduate from the University of Calicut.

C. K. SAJAN
Sajan is an Account Manager at Maveric located at our Bangalore office. In this role, Sajan manages Maveric's anchor client relationships at Bangalore and Chennai. He takes personal accountability for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and also ensures timely fulfilment of client requirements from proposal stage to project closure.
Sajan also provides leadership to the quality function at Maveric. He closely monitors whether Maveric's defined and accredited processes are being followed in our testing projects. He has led several workshops to educate people on Maveric's quality policies and practices. He leads a team of internal auditors at Maveric who continually audit various testing processes for conformance.
With over 13 years of experience with leading names in IT and hospitality industry, Sajan has gained expertise in key areas of planning, initiating new projects, business development, administration and marketing. Prior to Maveric, Sajan was Manager Projects at Fun Ideas & Innovations Ltd, a Maveric venture.
He has also worked at Noodle Foods India Pvt. Ltd as Manager Projects where he played a key role in setting up their pilot project, including development of a core team. His other work experience includes Project manager, Pizza Corner where he was in-charge of a pioneering venture called 'Pizza-by-the-slice'.
A Diploma holder in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from The Institute of Hotel Management Catering technology & Applied Nutrition, Sajan has also done his Diploma in Computer Programming and Applications from National Computing Centre, U.K

N.SRIRAM
Sriram is a Business Development Manager at Maveric. He has been a part of the Maveric core team for close to four years. Sriram is currently leading business development in the Middle East, for Maveric.
Prior to taking charge of the Middle East market, Sriram played a vital role in developing and mining anchor client relationships of Maveric in India. He started Maveric's business development efforts in Bangalore in early 2003 and subsequently moved to lead client acquisition in Mumbai, the financial capital of India.
Apart from bagging Maveric's early projects in Mumbai, Sriram was instrumental in setting up of the Mumbai operations of Maveric. With a deep understanding of the software testing business, Sriram has been in a position to structure compelling value propositions for clients seeking to outsource testing.
After working with Maveric for over three years, Sriram moved away from Maveric for about a year and returned to focus on the Middle East and US market development for Maveric.
Sriram has worked with Marlabs and Hexaware Technologies in various business development responsibilities prior to joining Maveric.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing from ITM Bangalore and a Graduate Degree in Commerce from St.Joseph's college, Trichy.

MANISH MITTAL
Manish is a Business Development Manager with Maveric Systems. He leads the business development efforts of Maveric in the UK. Manish's role covers client acquisition as well as partnership development in the UK. Having been part of the initial team of Maveric at UK, Manish has singularly been responsible for managing fulfillment of ongoing requirements from anchor clients in UK.
Manish has over eight years of experience in the IT industry, a large part of which has been in the UK. He brings to clients a hands-on and realistic perspective on their requirements since he started his career in software development, did many years of software project management before moving into a business development role.
His primary challenge is to identify partnerships in the UK that can potentially leverage Maveric's strong delivery capability across multiple delivery centers in India. Manish's experience in the UK coupled with his understanding of the Indian business landscape helps put together innovative solutions to clients in the UK.
Prior to Maveric, Manish worked with Polaris Software, Xansa, Tata Infotech and Osprey Software Technology.
Manish holds a graduate degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from AMU Engineering College.
